Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers placing orders: In these Terms and Conditions:- "Goods" means goods, products or services offered for sale by us.

A) PLACING AN ORDER

1. An order may be placed via our Secure Online Server, by telephoning the Sales Department or by fax.

2. When you pay for your order by credit or debit card we carry out checks or "authorisations" with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card we will contact you immediately with further details.

3. Fraud: In order to maintain customer security we carry out both manual and electronic security checking on all orders, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to contact you for further information. 4 Complications that are caused by any of the above could delay the processing and despatch of your order.

B) PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

1. We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard, Amex and Solo cards. We cannot accept payment by swipe only cards.

2. Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full. Should payment be declined by the issuing bank or the cheque not be honoured, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have already been despatched to you we may:-
a) Require that you make the goods available for us to collect; or
b) Ask you to return the goods to us immediately, or
c) Require you to pay in full by alternative means within 48 hours.

C) WEBSITE ACCURACY

1. Products, prices and offers are only valid the time they are displayed on our website. If they become unavailable in the period after you have placed an order with us we will contact you with more information before proceeding with the order.

2. All images should be used only as a guide or representation of the item. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.

D) WARRANTY

1. All products come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

E) DELIVERY

1. All goods are delivered by Royal Mail Service. The service type used will depend upon the value of the product/s purchased. We despatch our orders using one or more of the following services: Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Post or Special Delivery Service. A signature will be required upon delivery to your address.

2. We endeavour to dispatch all in goods within three working days of the order being processed.

3. Parcels sent to remoter parts of the United Kingdom, such as Northern Scotland and part of Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, or out of the UK may take longer to deliver.

F) PRICING

1. All prices include VAT. All Errors and Omissions are excepted.

G) ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

1. When you visit Zena.co.uk, place an order or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

H) TELEPHONE ORDERS

1. We will strive to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking your telephone order. These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
